This is a private service which operates with a contract between the owner of the horse for sale and the owner of the website which will put information provided by the horse’s owner on line.

Daniel Picq has the right to give his personal opinion of the horse for sale, with the aim of promoting the sale. The owner has no control over this.

The horse’s owner must give a clear indication of the asking price for the horse, which will have a commission charge added when put on line. Every commission charge can be negotiable, prorata, depending on the actual price paid by the buyer.

The owner of the horse accepts that the name of the horse is replaced by an internal reference number in the catalogue as long as no negotiation contract has been signed by the two parties.

The horse’s owner authorises Daniel Picq to put all information and photographs received on line and renounces his/her rights regarding ownership of these (whether for the rider or the horse).

Daniel Picq commits to put all information received on line without changes as long as the ‘Magkit’ programme, used for this catalogue, allows it.

The horse’s owner must inform Daniel Picq as soon as possible if s/he has sold his/her horse independently of Daniel Picq.

In sale negotiations the veterinary charges will be paid by the potential buyer. It is the horse owner’s responsibility to present the horse to the potential buyer.

The sale will take place between the horse’s owner and the buyer. The seller will pay charges invoiced by Daniel Picq.
